- Fulfill the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure.
- Accurately interpret specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job- matching.
- Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
- Implement appropriate channels (staffing web, magazines, internal referral, headhunter or directories) to attract candidates.
- Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview.
- Support other work assigned by manager.
- 1.3+ years recruiting work experience, including around 2 years recruiting experience in IT industry.
- Solid understanding of recruiting.
- Has good ability for searching.
- Good teamwork player and can get high working pressure
- Good executive capability.
- Highly motivated, hard-working, initiative, independent and good communication skill;
- Good English skills on both Oral and Written.
