  • Fulfill the vacancies in the most effective and efficient way with suitable candidates based on proper recruitment procedure.
  • Accurately interpret specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job- matching.
  • Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
  • Implement appropriate channels (staffing web, magazines, internal referral, headhunter or directories) to attract candidates.
  • Conduct and manage interview process, moderate all related interview.
  • Support other work assigned by manager.


  • 1.3+ years recruiting work experience, including around 2 years recruiting experience in IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting.
  • Has good ability for searching.
  • Good teamwork player and can get high working pressure
  • Good executive capability.
  • Highly motivated, hard-working, initiative, independent and good communication skill;
  • Good English skills on both Oral and Written.
