Job description:

  • Implement customer development plan and sales strategy, ensuring a market that achieves the company’s sales objectives and profitability
  • Maintain existing clients and develop new clients, initiate and coordinate development action plans to penetrate new clients
  • Internal technical solution team cooperation, establishment and implementation of recommendations in response, provide timely feedback to superiors
  • Budget guidelines for controlling expenditure
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures and business ethics, ensure communication and implementation within the team
  • Identify customer communication strategies to maximize sales, including frequency of personal visits, Face-to-face, email or phone contact
  • Pursuing business development to increase income
  • Understanding and monitoring the competitive status and trends in field
  • Cooperate with other members of China’s senior management team, developing business strategies and communicating key market positioning
  • Tracking and reviewing actual results and plan, performance and consistency of forecasting and monitoring services

 

Qualification:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Profound understanding of IT outsourced service areas and services
  • Rich domestic ISV R&D resources are is a plus
  • Priority is given to possessing international research or testing resources of domestic network companies
  • Priority is given to the one who has below customer resources, from IT outsourcing companies, Large or medium software companies, Finance companies, High-tech companies, Internet, Landed Estate, Intelligent manufacturing, Logistics companies
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team spirit
